When signed up three years ago, no mention of exit clause...very hard to leave to another provider 30 days in advance. Very high pricing. Started ok, but git very expensive very quickly.

None!
Cons
Expensive. Very expensive exit clause which is hard to bypass. I do NOT recommend this supplier!

Very deceiving. Unbelievably high prices. Salesperson gives you a comparison of what your bill will be if you switch and they promote themselves as low-user friendly. They forgot to mention all the add-on fees that make them the most expensive on the market. Did not mention the $150 break fee, but I will actually be better off paying it than staying with them one month longer. My bill is less than half with Frank Energy. Absolute con, don't waste your money.

Undisclosed add-on fees and make you sign up on the spot without disclosing the $150 break fee.

Wish I'd done some more research, guy at door convinced me cheaper rates but after I signed up they went up. Plus he said it's easy to do gas but I've still got gas with Genesis as it's another $150 break fee!
Pros
Cons
Don't get pushed into it at by the door knockers
