This is the worst company to work with! The customer service is practically non-existant and should somebody contact you 2 months after an issue is raised, that person can not help you and is not able to give assistance to get to the correct person either. It is even worse if you need a meter installed when you get solar. Read the fine print!

I am always looking for a better deal but since joining black box power I can't find any. Some power companies promise a credit after 12 months if I haven't saved but none will match or beat Black Box Powers rates.

Customer service is a bit hit or miss. have had to follow up on a couple of calls were what was discussed was not followed threw on but got there in the end.

We changed over because of a phone call that promised us power bills that would be cheaper than what we had been paying. Saving money is all good so we swapped providers. First 3 months was fine, but then for some reason they stopped reading our meter and just provided estimated bills, and at irregular intervals. Sometimes 4 weeks, sometimes 6. I'm not sure what they were basing them on but they were way higher than we had been paying at any point previously. 7 months of this was enough so we changed back to our original provider. On comparing 2018 payments to Black Box Power to our 2017 bills, we found we had paid Black Box Power about 25% more over the same months. In the process of trying to get it sorted.
