Treats their customers fairly. Advocates for the power industry at large to treat end consumers fairly. Open about what they charge and why. Periodically do the math, based on your usual usage, which plan will save you the most money and inform you of the result so you can be confident in your plan or switch if you need to. Give you fine control over you usage. Company culture of wellbeing. Environmentally conscious. Since joining them, I've become a super fan! They have never disappointed me.
