I have been with Mercury for 18 months. Their rewards aren't rewards - 24 hours of free power on your anniversary day and supposedly your points add up for free power days but that never happens. Their customer service team is useless and don't do anything to help. Run for the hills if you are considering them as your power company.

Wow one monthly bill was $390.00 unbelievable for me and one child when I have consumed more on other days and been charged less on a flat rate

The worst company in the world. As per usual because the power has been off for over 6 months they are making a huge cost to get an electrician to come and sign it off.
