Not a customer, focused company and fail to respond to enquiries in a timely manner. Requested to close account and they didn’t even attempt to retain me as a customer so I left them.

EOL cut our power off on the same day the letter arrived advising that our payment was late and being cut-off was a likely consequence of not paying on-time. When we tried to contact them to get it reconnected, no one would return calls and despite being told it would take a couple of hours, it was 10hours before power was restored. No water or lights until after 10pm. Poor customer service

I had initially been happy with EOL until I question the power bill jumping significantly with less people and usage. Now I'm looking for a better company to change over too.
Was initially value for money but not now.
Arrogant customer service people who are not prepared to listen to you.
