Quick internet access. Bills on line, easy to read. Also passes on the WEL annual dividend, which Mercury never did.
Pros
Four different rate costs, fair solar/grid buy back, far higher than mercury. 2023 total power cost was $40. Mercury 2022 was just over $300.
