Connected internet and power, the modem was not sent out and had to call them to get it sent, power went out tonight and they tried to charge over 100$ to connect it, when asked why as it is connected remotely they said it was a standard fee, my colleague who just connected was not charged this fee. When questioned about the fee and where it was stated I was put on hold for 15 minutes while it was discussed with a supervisor, they then said it was standard and the fee was correct, also that it may take 6-10 days to connect the power. Cons
No fee transparency, when asked where the fees are on their website customer service cannot/will not tell you. Callout fees charged to connect power when the power can be remotely connected if you have a smart meter for free by other companies.

Just moved into my new flat, Orcon set up power and broadband for me which saved dealing with different companies
Pros
Combined bill
App is handy to manage everything
$150 credit and 2 months free broadband which is a nice bonus, especially when you have all the cost of moving to cover
Cons
If I ever switch broadband I have to switch my Power too
