Regretted swapping big time. Charged my 2.41 per day line charges, because i am not living there full time. My company now charges 90 c cut my bill in half. Took 3 days to make contact via the chat function. If you are thinking of changing make sure you read the fine print!

Just AWFUL!!
Just joined and, OMG, it is terrible!
Charging me $3.50/day even though there is no electricity being used at our house at the moment - it’s empty and electricity is off.
I’ve been on the line to query this for over half an hour and counting.
We will be changing electricity company as soon as possible,

Consistantly $700 plus elec bills May thru ot August, double checked our usage , have turned most off. Household of 2 adults, 1 working 1 at home. Use heat pump, lights and computers,Fridge , Dishwasher and Freezer. NO drier or excessive power. write to Powershop no answers. They use to have a customer service where you could talk to actual humans . Changing very soon
