When I first joined Contact, they were great...now.... hopeless.
I tried to phone them yesterday about their projected 43% increase in my daily rate and was told by their auto answering service, they would call me back in an hour.
As I don't do call backs, I tried to call agin today to be advised by their robot...it's a two hour wait.
Is this a way to run a business ??

A nightmare from the start, wrong meter box used so wrong readings. I paid the bills and then I got a massive power bill from a completely power company. I tried to resolve the situation but my emails went unanswered and phone calls achieved little. I've now switched to Electric Kiwi who have amazing reviews. Get your act together Contact.

This is the first power and gas company ive had to deal with and what a terrible experienced. My god. Good luck getting through to them unless you want to wait 40mins. Also due some credit that mysteriously disappeared when we enquired about it. Just dont bother
