Signed up to them and moved during a weekend, they didn't connect my power and were unable to connect it til Monday. Changed supplier that day so I could have power, then they put at $75000 enquiry on my credit report and tanked my credit rating. Have emailed them and they are 'looking into it", they haven't responded or done anything about it since July. Would not recommend to anyone.
