Well I not a customer of contact i was going to change from who I’m with for the same reasons I see in this feed back so no not going to change to contact well done contact just another company who just cares about the bottom line and not the people

Absolutely appalling fibre internet, takes forever to get hold of someone. I’ve been completely ripped off for close to two years now. Currently looking for another power company as well. Do not recommend at all, bad customer service, internet is rubbish and power hike is ludicrous.
